Building a public map of Internet infrastructure
Mapping the Internet,
one host at a time.
HostProbe is building a searchable catalogue of the world's domains, the IP addresses connected to them and the DNS servers that keep them reachable.
The catalogue
Domains, addresses and DNS — connected.
Distributed probing
A host can be up here and unreachable somewhere else.
HostProbe uses multiple probe locations to observe reachability and infrastructure from different parts of the network.
